Vehicle accidents involving rollovers kill thousands of people every year and now officials are rating the best cars to survive those crashes. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety says among the 2009 micro and mini-cars, the Smart Fortwo came out on top. It earned the highest rating of good; five other cars were tested.
