It's a powder that's causing panic at mailboxes but the word is, don't be alarmed. Bayer Healthcare is distributing around 33,000 samples of its “Quick Release Crystals” through the mail. Many people are calling police reporting a suspicious powder coming from the packages. Bayer says the product is safe and the powder may be getting loose from the packets during delivery.
