Marketing experts warn read coupons and offers thoroughly, especially the fine print

We're only a few hours away from the shopping madness we all know as Black Friday. Stores advertise what they call great deals for the start of the holiday shopping season.
They say read the coupons and offers thoroughly, especially the fine print.
This year more ads say that sales are final. Also, some stores will give only a partial refund on returns.
In addition, make sure appliances featured in advertisements matches the model and features that you find in the store. Remember, stores are trying to get everything they can from consumers.
"The reality is retailers have really cut inventories in terms of the depth of their inventories,” said Greenville’s Strategic Marketing & Design rep Donald Pack. “Because sales have been down for them---so the depth of inventory is not going to be that great. So make sure you know what your rights are before you go in the store."
Pack adds that roughly 50% of a store's sales for the entire year will take place over the next month.
