Google's already off to a good year. The company unveiled its new smartphone on Tuesday.
The Nexus One is available only through an online store operated by Google, with T-Mobile as the initial service provider. But other carriers will be invited to sell plans.
Using T-Mobile, the phone costs $180 with service, or $530 on its own.
It features a touch screen and voice-enabled keyboard, and runs on Google's latest android operating system.
