Gas prices are soaring. Experts say the winter storms are to blame.

The average for a gallon of unleaded in our state jumped to $2.68. That's six cents lower than the national average.

Prices are up nine cents in just a week.

Experts say crude prices jumped 20 percent, dragging gas prices to 15-month highs.
