NEW YORK (AP) - Kara DioGuardi describes herself as "honest" and "feisty" and someone who believes what she believes in and is "willing to fight for it." She's being added to the judges table on "American Idol." DioGuardi is a songwriter who knows both Randy Jackson and Paula Abdul. She and Abdul wrote a song for Kylie Minogue eight years ago. And, DioGuardi says Paula shouldn't be worried about her coming on board. The new judge joins the other three today at call-back auditions in New York. We'll see her in action when the eighth season of "American Idol" premieres in January.
