UNDATED (AP) - Echo and the Bunnymen will not tour the U.S. this month after all. The band say on their web site they've canceled their American tour. They blame it on "unreasonable demands...presented by the IRS for the band to enter the USA to tour." They say it is not an issue with their visas. They plan to tour the U.S. in April.
