LONDON (AP) -- Jay-Z has won Britain's version of the Grammy. He was named best international male at the Brit Awards in London. The big winner was Lady Gaga, who won three awards and turned the evening into a tribute to designer Alexander McQueen, her friend and designer who apparently committed suicide. She performed wearing a tall white wig and lace veil, along with lace eyebrows.
