NEW YORK (AP) - Pete Townshend says if he can't fix his hearing issues, The Who are over. Townshend tells Rolling Stone, "If my hearing is going to be a problem, we're not delaying shows. We're finished. I can't really see any way around the issue." The Who were planning to do a spring tour when his tinnitus returned. Neil Young suggested an audiologist who fit Townshend with a new ear monitor. The Who will play a charity gig in London on March 30 and Townshend will test the monitor then.
