PHOENIX (AP) - Six months in jail - and a mental health evaluation. That's the sentence a judge in Phoenix has given DMX. The rapper admitted in court yesterday to a single violation of probation for failing a drug test last June. It's been kind of a revolving door for the 39-year-old rapper when it comes to the law. He was just released from jail in May after serving a 90-day sentence for felony convictions, including two drug counts, theft and cruelty to animals. And he has been arrested in Maricopa County alone five times. The court says DMX could be released from jail early if he gets himself into a drug rehab program.
