NEW YORK (AP) - Lady Gaga is responding to a lawsuit filed by a music producer she used to date. Her lawyer says the agreement between Lady Gaga and Rob Fusari was "unlawful" because it treated Fusari as an employment agent and he didn't have a license. Fusari had sued Lady Gaga last week for $30.5 million, claiming he came up with her stage name, co-wrote some of her songs and helped her get a record deal. Fusari's lawyer, Robert S. Meloni, has responded to the filing by saying Fusari "was no more of an 'agent' for her than she is a Roman Catholic nun."
