NEW YORK (AP) - Marisa Tomei is being hit by a lawsuit, over a water leak in her New York City apartment. And one of those involved in the suit is director John Waters. He lives in the same building. The neighbors' insurance companies filed the suit this week in a Manhattan court. The suit says the leak left more than $128,000 in damage at the building in Greenwich Village. Waters says in an email the case is a standard insurance claim that's completely out of his hands.
