This week we take a look at new scam targeting college students across the nation.
The e-mail maintenance e-mail claims the e-mail database and account center must be upgraded.
It also says that all edu accounts are being deleted to make space for new accounts.
The e-mail notifies it's recipients that they must update their information to keep their edu account from closing.
Just delete it!
Folks, those phishers never stop casting out their lines to try and hook their prey.
Phishing is a method scammers use to acquire your personal information which can lead to identity theft, loss of finances, or worse.
