It's a new IRS scam that's making it's way into your inbox.

In this week's Just Delete It, the e-mail claims that beginning October 3rd, one million families and individuals will get tax refunds from the IRS.

Just Delete It!

Although a tax refund of five hundred twenty five dollars sounds nice in this time of economic uncertainty, we want to remind you that this is just another attempt by internet scammers to make off with your money.

The IRS never contacts taxpayers by e-mail. Also, the scammer requires you to submit your personal information in online forms.

If you have an e-mail that you'd like us to feature on Just Delete It, send it to justdeleteit@wnct.com.
