In tonight's just delete it, according to a circulating email that answer is yes. But according to 9 On Your Side and snopes.com, that answer is really no.
Folks just delete it.
The email highlights 10 ideas on how the U.S. should handle foreign affairs. The original email was created in 2003 and didn't have the Robin Williams name on it at first. The actor's name was added a few weeks later, when one of his original quotes was added to the context.
