We've all heard the saying “a penny for your thoughts” but what about one for your bee stings? Some say the copper-colored coin can soothe your sting. In this week's just delete it, it's an email that says someone's doctor told them to keep a penny with them and if a bee stung them to put the penny on it and the swelling would go down.

Folks just delete it.

Officials say there is no evidence that suggests it helps. They say the best thing to do if you get stung is to put ice on it.
