Doctors say vaccines are the best way to protect yourself from illnesses.

But a common allergy could keep some people from getting the H1N1 vaccine.

H1N1 and seasonal flu vaccines are grown in eggs so people who are allergic to eggs should talk with their doctor before getting a shot.

Your doctor can do a simple blood test or skin test to figure out if you will react to the vaccine.

They say proper testing is key.
