It's been nearly a year since President Barack Obama took the oath of office and now a new e-mail is raising more questions about whether he can even be president.

The e-mail claims President Obama has to appear in court in January 2010 to prove his eligibilty for presidency.

It also says a federal judge rejected the current president's request for a dismissal.

This e-mail stems from several court cases involving military personnel who've refused to deploy, saying the military's commander and chief isn't eligible to hold the position.

Each has been dismissed in court.
