SEOUL, South Korea (AP) - North Korea's state media says that the son of evangelist Billy Graham has left the North after a three-day trip.
The visit marked the first by a representative of an American aid agency in months. In March, North Korea began refusing American food shipments and booted out all U.S. aid groups operating in the country.
The Rev. Franklin Graham, who heads relief agency Samaritan's Purse, was in North Korea to oversee the delivery of $190,000 in equipment and supplies for a new dental school there.
The Korean Central News Agency says in a brief dispatch that Graham's delegation left for home on Thursday.
Billy Graham's family has had relations with the North for years, with the senior Graham having traveled to the country in 1992 and 1994.
