Results of tens of thousands of flu tests show what many already believed.

The H1N1 virus is spreading from school-aged children to the rest of the American population.

The report suggests, as a result, many more adults will be infected with the virus which so far has been mostly a child's disease.

Researchers say the findings reiterate how important it is to vaccinate children against H1N1.
