FOLLOW-UP: Kinchen bond left at $1.1 million

A 29 year old man, who’s facing five charges including second degree rape and assault by strangulation was in court today.
Troy Kinchen faced Judge Rusty Duke in a bond hearing earlier today.  He was there asking for a reduction in his bond.
Kinchen is accused raping a mother to be in her home after gaining entrance through an open window back in August.
Judge Duke said he didn’t need to hear from Kinchen’s 23 year old victim who was willing to testify and instead left the $1.1 million dollar bond in place.
