Christmas Price Index says the gift of giving will cost more this year

The stores have started playing Christmas music and we all know that holiday classic: The Twelve days of Christmas.
   
But this year it will cost you quite a bit of money to give your true love all the gifts in that song.
   
According to the annual Christmas Price Index, everything from the partridge in a pear tree all the way up to the 12 drummers drumming will cost you more than $86,000.
   
The price went up about $8,500 compared to last year.
   
That’s an increase of nearly 11 percent.
