Five People Injured After Car Accident in Grimesland

    A collision between a pickup truck and an SUV in Grimesland Sunday night sent five people to the hospital.
    Investigators say it happened around 8 p.m. at the intersection of Grimesland Bridge Road and River Street.
    They say the pickup slammed into the SUV when the SUV ran a stop sign coming off of River Street.
    One of the victims needed to be airlifted to PCMH.
    Grimesland’s fire chief says four people were in the SUV.
    The driver of the pickup was alone.
    Their conditions are unknown.
