Onslow County man arrested for raping disabled woman

Deputies in Onslow County arrested a man accused of raping a disabled woman.
   
Investigators charged Timothy Gray with second degree rape for an attack on June 15.
   
Deputies say the woman couldn’t fight back because she suffers from mental and physical disabilities.
