The air force is moving out of the way of this storm too.
   
80 aircraft left Seymour Johnson Air Force Base today to ride out the storm at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio.
   
That includes F-15-E Strike Eagles and K-C 135 Aerial refueling tankers.
   
10 planes left Pope Air Force base near Fort Bragg today too.
     
The governor has put 11,000 National Guard troops on alert.
   
And there are six HH-60 Black Hawk helicopters on stand by.
   
Also on the stand by, the Marine Corp at Camp Lejeune, New River and Cherry Point
