(AP) - Actress Mary-Kate Olsen will not be questioned by detectives about the death of Heath Ledger.

New York police commissioner Ray Kelly says investigators have determined they got all the information they needed from witnesses on the scene.

He also says police are waiting for toxicology reports on the 28-year-old actor before they decide to charge his masseuse with practicing without a license.

She had found Ledger's lifeless body and made three calls to Olsen before phoning 911 for help.

Olsen hasn't spoken publicly about the calls.

Meanwhile, family and friends paid their respects to Ledger, whose body was taken to a celebrity mortuary in Los Angeles en route to his native Australia.

The New York Daily News reports The "Brokeback Mountain" star's former girlfriend was among those seen entering the chapel.
