LOS ANGELES (AP) - She won't be there in person, but Amy Winehouse will still be the talk of the Grammys tonight.

She plans to perform via satellite from London, where she's been in rehab the past couple of weeks. Winehouse did end up getting a visa, but it was too late for her to travel to the U.S.

She's up for six awards tonight. Kanye West leads with eight Grammy nominations.

Winehouse and West are both are up for album of the year. West has lost that top prize twice. He tries for a third time tonight with "Graduation," which sold nearly a million copies in its first week.

The Foo Fighters have five nominations, including album of the year. The other nominees in that category are Vince Gill and Herbie Hancock.
