LOS ANGELES (AP) - Just weeks before “All My Children” moves from New York to Los Angeles, Susan Lucci is going Hollywood. She’ll be the grand marshal at the annual Hollywood Christmas Parade along Hollywood Boulevard. The parade always is the Sunday after Thanksgiving. This year, it’s November 29. It’ll be taped for a two-hour primetime special December 10 on MyNetworkTV. It’ll air again on Christmas Eve.
