Want to get a good night's sleep? Stay away from your cell phone. A new study says if you use your cell phone before you go to bed, it could mess up your sleep patterns. Researchers say cell phone radiation can cause insomnia, impair concentration and trigger mood swings. It can also reduce the amount of deep sleep your body needs.
