Three people are in charged in a breaking and entering the Jacksonville Police tell Nine On Your Side.

It happened Monday at the marina behind the Marina Café.

That’s where a witness reported they heard glass breaking and saw a man breaking into a boat docked at the marina.  The suspect fled when the witness approached him.

Officers later took Keith Galloway, Katie Rivera, and Thomas Rivera into custody at the scene.

Investigation into the trio’s activities revealed several boats had been broken into.  Numerous items including a firearm had been stolen.

24 year old Keith Jerome Galloway is charged with 4 counts of Breaking and Entering a Vehicle and Larceny among other charges including Possession of a Fiream by Felon. He’s under a $76,000 bond.

21 year old Katie Ann Rivera is charged with 4 counts of Breaking and Entering a Vehicle and Larceny among other charges. She’s under a $48,000 bond.

17 year old Thomas Rivera, Jr. is charged with 4 counts of Breaking and Entering a Vehicle and Larceny among other charges. His bond is also at $48,000.
