Nash County authorities nab pair in 15-20 breaking and enterings

The Nash County Sheriff’s Office tells Nine On Your Side that they’ve arrested two people in connection to numerous residential burglaries in the Bailey and Middlesex areas of Nash County.
Authorities say jewelry was the primary article stolen in the burglaries.
After a tip about two people selling jewelry to a local gold buyer, investigators found the pair during a vehicle stop and identified many of the stolen items. Further investigation revealed they had allegedly burglarized six home in Nash County, five in Franklin County, one in Wilson County and they later admitted to several additional burglaries in Wake and Johnston counties.
It’s believed the pair are responsible for approximately 15 to 20 residential burglaries.
Authorities have charged Richard Phillip Mullins with 6 counts of Breaking, Entering and Larceny. His bond is set at $50,000. Also charged is Lindsey Marie O’Hara with 4 Counts of Breaking, Entering and Larceny. Her bond is set at $50,000.
Investigation into the pair’s activities is ongoing.
