Three men charged for stealing from ECU student

Campus police have arrested the three suspects wanted for stealing from an ECU student.
     
ECU Police have identified the men as Matthew Fothergill, David Harvell and Warren Ford, Jr. Havelock Police Department officers arrested Harvell and Ford, and the Jones County Sheriff’s Office arrested Fothergill.
   
A female student accused them of sexually assaulting her and stealing her laptop from her dorm room in Clement Hall.
   
The men are not charged with sexual assault, only with conspiracy and larceny, both of which are felonies.
