The woman who said someone raped her on ECU’s campus this summer is now facing charges.
ECU Police say Shadia Moore was charged with filing a false report.
Back in June, Moore told police someone sexually assaulted her in a bathroom in the Austin Building.
Lab tests and other evidence confirmed there was no assault.
Moore was arrested but is out of jail on bond.
