Police Search For Suspect In Armed Robbery

On January 15, 2008 at 3:02 am Greenville Police responded to the East Carolina Inn located at 2095 Statonsburg Road in reference to an armed robbery. It was reported the suspect entered the building produced a handgun and demanded money. The suspect then fled with an undetermined amount of money. No one was injured during the incident.

 

The suspect was described as a black male 5 feet 7 inches tall and 145 pounds. The suspect was last seen wearing a black sweat suit with red strips going down the legs and a red design on the back of the coat.
