Dash cam video clears Kansas City officers in fatal shooting

Two police officers in Kansas City, MO have been cleared after a fatal shooting in September.
   
A grand jury made their decision after watching newly released dash cam video, which show the suspect walking right up to the patrol car and shooting an officer.
