There’s trouble brewing in the tropics and her name is Ida. Right now, Ida continues to churn in the Caribbean. And it’s very unusual for this kind of tropical activity this late in the season. Hurricane season officially ends November 30th. Storm Team Nine Meteorologist Gannon Medwick shows us why it’s so rare for something like this to form.
