Kinston Man Arrested After Leading Police on Low-Speed Chase

    Kinston Police arrested a man early Saturday morning following a low speed chase through the city.
    Police say they tried to pull Paul Walker over for drunk driving around 1:30 this morning.
    He failed to stop and led police through Kinston at low speeds until coming to a dead end.
    Police say he was taken into custody but not before trying to ram one of the police cars involved in the pursuit.
