Lawmakers upping spending plan

State lawmakers are upping the spending plan just days after the budget became law.
   
The House approved changes Monday.
   
Legislators increased the 19 billion dollar spending plan by nearly seven million dollars.
   
Changes would leave less than four million dollars unspent by the end of the fiscal year in June.
