Senate committees continue hammering out health care reform compromise

U.S. senators continue working on a compromise on the health care reform plan.

One senate committee offers a public option as part of its bill, another does not.       
   
Once a compromise is reached, the entire Senate will vote on the measure.
   
That could happen before the end of the month.
