Gunman wounds 3, then apparently kills himself

TOKYO (AP) - Officials say a gunman shot and wounded three men near Tokyo before holing up in a building and apparently killing himself.
    While talking with police, the gunman identified himself as a 62-year-old member of the third largest gang in Japan.
    Police say when the gunman stopped talking, they burst into the building and found him dead with a gunshot wound to the head.
    Police say the three men wounded in the shooting were rushed to the hospital and one is in critical condition. The two others were conscious.
    Guns are strictly controlled in Japan, and shootings are rare.
