In this week's Just Delete It, we take a look at a phishing e-mail currently making the rounds.
The e-mail purports to be from State Department Federal Credit Union.
It asks that you verify your account information through a series of online links.
If this information isn't verified within 48 hours, your account will be suspended.
Just Delete It!
Phishing is just another way for cyber criminals to obtain your valuable personal information which leads to identity theft to substantial financial loss. It's always best to contact the company directly before clicking on one of these links. And as we've said before, when did official businesses start using popular e-mail services like Yahoo, Hotmail or Gmail?
