(AP) - All charges have been dropped against one of three people accused in the sexual assault case involving three North Carolina football players.

An Orange Country District Court judge dismissed kidnapping, robbery and sexual offense charges against Tnikia Washington during a court hearing today.

Two other suspects still face charges.

Monique Taylor faces charges of kidnapping, first-degree sex offense and larceny. Michael Lewis' charges include robbery with a dangerous weapon and kidnapping.

Authorities found two of the players wearing boxer shorts when they responded to a reported robbery at an apartment December 16. The men told police they had been fondled against their will, and that Lewis had put a knife to the neck of one player.
