Wide area of the East under freeze and frost warnings

UNDATED (AP) - It may be the third week in May, but Jack Frost isn’t looking at the calendar.
    States from New England to Tennessee and as far West as Ohio are under either frost or freeze warnings as a big high pressure dome settles in over the Eastern Seaboard.
    Under clear skies, that’s allowing for strong radiational cooling, setting the stage for unusual freezing and below-freezing temperatures.
