East Carolina University continues to gather thousands of pounds of food for the hungry in Eastern North Carolina.
The Volunteer and ServiceLearning Center began their food drive in honor of the “Centennial”.
Since Fall of 2007 they've collected more than 32,000 pounds of food. Most of it is at the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina. ECU will be collecting food until Spring 2009.
