2nd suspect arrested in fire at Charles B. Aycock birthplace

The Wayne County Sheriff's office has made another arrest in the early morning fire that severely damaged the Charles B. Aycock Birthplace in January of this year.


James Sean Suggs is the second suspect arrested in the incident.  He's charged with Burning of State or Local Government Property.  His bond is set at $50,000.


On April 4, 2008, Durwood Eugene Smith III was arrested in connection to the incident.


Investigations in the case continue.
