Lenoir Community College is asking its County Commissioners for more money. LCC is asking for an extra $1.9 million dollars to help pay for the costs of more students, extra security and salary increases. Officials met with the County Commissioners and the Board of Trustees on Monday night. LCC expects a shortfall of $60,000 dollars for this school year.
