The anti consolidation group in Martin County plans to appear in a Pitt County courtroom, next Friday, May 2nd.
They're filing for an injunction, and the school board plans to file for dismissal.
A representative for Phil Hodges, who is heading up this group, says they plan to bring a number of anti consolidation people with them.
