An 18 year old Goldsboro man is arrested and charged today with attempted first degree murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon.
Goldsboro Police say Rashard Vondarius Oliver shot Ribhi Mohammed Kandeel, the owner of the Brookside Mart during a robbery August 18th.
Kandeel is recovering from the gunshot wound he sustained during the incident.
Oliver is in the Wayne County Jail under a $1,000,000 secured bond. First appearance is scheduled for 8/26.
The investigation is ongoing and more arrests are expected.
