The search is on for the person who shot and robbed a college student.
It happened Wednesday morning around four o'clock at Thomas Langston Road and South Bend.
According to the police report, the gunman shot the woman in the head and robbed her.
She is a student at Pitt Community College.
The woman was treated and released from PCMH.
The shooter took off with a pack of cigarettes and an iPod adapter.
