Lenoir County Man Faces Sex Offense Charges

  A sex offender is back behind bars tonight after deputies say he assaulted a teenage girl. Officials in Lenoir County say Ricky Potter faces statutory sex offense, indecent liberties and obstruction charges. They say a 15-year-old girl ran away from her home Wednesday night. They found her yesterday morning at Potter's home. Deputies say he lied about her whereabouts and other information. Potter is in the Lenoir County Jail under $250,000 bond.
